COKE RECEIVING RUNNING CONTROL METHOD FOR COKE OVEN FIRE EXTINGUISHING VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To allow stabilized coke receiving running by employing a corrected standard coke receiving speed as a speed command signal. CONSTITUTION:Rotational speed (f) of a motor 1 is detected by a speed detector 3 through a generator 2. A first operating circuit 5 compares the rotational speed (f) of the motor 1 with a set value (r) of standard coke receiving speed and the difference DELTAr' is corrected by a correction operating circuit 8 through a dead band 7. A second operating circuit 9 adds the correction value DELTAr' to the set value (r) to produce a corrected set value (r') which is then compared by a third operating circuit 10 with the rotational speed (f) to determine a difference (e). The difference (e) is amplified by an error amplifier 6 in order to control a thyristor stack 11 thus controlling the rotation of the motor 1. This method allows stabilized coke receiving running.
