PURPOSE:To provide a long-life sewing-machine setting apparatus capable of frequently setting the number of seams or a sewing pattern. CONSTITUTION:A power-off detective circuit 13 is provided to generate a signal (POFi) to a sewing control circuit 11 when a power break is detected, and a signal (POFo) is transmitted from the sewing control circuit 11 to a microcomputer 8. Since a sewing pattern or the number of seams is stored in a nonvolatile memory after the signal (POFo) is received, the frequency of rewriting the data is reduced. |
