<p>PURPOSE:To improve the displacement property of piezoelectric ceramics and improve the durability of displacement property by increasing aninitial electric- mechanic coupling coefficient Kp. CONSTITUTION:To begin with, piezoelectric ceramics is polarized by applying voltage to it at normal temperatures, and then, it is polarized by applying voltage at high temperature. Though the reason is unknown, both the electric- mechanic coupling coefficient and the specific permittivity improve, and the quantity of displacement improves.</p> |
