The steering hitch system comprises a fixed part (1, 3) fixed by means of yokes (1b, 1a) to the front hitch of the tractor, and a mobile part (2, 4) fixed to the hitch of the harrow by means of hooks (2a, 2b). The mobile part (2) is fixed as an articulation about a hinge pin (9) integral with the fixed part (1). The pivoting via the articulation of the mobile part (2) is obtained through respective push and pull actions of two rams (8a, 8b) on two rollers (7a, 7b). Each roller (7a, 7b) is housed in two longitudinal grooves (120a, 220a; 120b, 220b) formed symmetrically respectively in the opposite faces of beams (1, 2) of the fixed and mobile parts, at respective ends of these. The grooves have a variable depth decreasing as a function of the distance from the hinge pin (9). <IMAGE>
