<p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability by performing the synchronous operation of all production systems including a main line and plural sub lines by an inexpensive facility with a simple and easy constitution and easily applying maintenance and inspection. CONSTITUTION:A process controller which supplies operation control information from an output terminal 2 to one device that belongs to a system to be controlled according to the operation control information set as the reference of the system to be controlled inputted to an input terminal 1 and performs process control is constituted of a reference pulse string to which the operation control information arrives with a frequency in proportion to operating speed, and a pulse string in which a partial pulse in the reference pulse string is omitted. Also, the process controller is provided with a gate circuit 3a between the input terminal 1 and the output terminal 2, a shift register 3b which accumulates bit information representing the omission or passage of a reference pulse and supplies the bit information to the control input of the gate circuit 3a sequentially setting the signal of the input terminal 1 as a clock signal, and an arithmetic circuit 5 which supplies the bit information to the shift register 3b sequentially.</p> |
