PURPOSE:To obtain a hardened coating film excellent in insulating property and surface hardness due to low temp. firing, excellent in the coating property of a polyimide solution and adhesibility of a polyimide oriented film and effective as the insulating coating film for a liquid crystal display element by uniformly mixing a specified solution, a specified hydrolyzed material, an aluminum salt and a deposition inhibitor with an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:This coating solution is made by uniformly mixing the solution obtained by hydrolyzing a tetraalkoxysilane expressed by a formula, Si(OR)4, in an organic solvent such as methanol in the presence of an alkaline catalyst, the hydrolyzed material of alkoxysilane expressed by a formula, R<1>nSi(OR<2>)4-n, and/or tetraalkoxy titanium expressed by a formula, Ti(OR<3>)4, the aluminum salt and the deposition inhibitor with the organic solvent such as methanol. In the formulas, R is 1-5C alkyl group, R<1> is alkyl group, alkenyl group or allyl group, R<2> is the same as R, (n) is an integer 0-2 and R<3> is the same as R. |
