PURPOSE:To execute registration, elimination and confirmation of data such as many telephone numbers quickly with a simple operation. CONSTITUTION:A central processing section 1 executes a program stored in advance in a main storage section 2 to store data such as telephone numbers stored in a temporary storage section 3 in a storage area of an electronic notebook 5 via an external device interface section 4. Furthermore, conversely data such as telephone numbers stored in the electronic notebook 5 are read in the temporary storage section 3 via the external device interface section 4. Thus, the electronic notebook 5 as the external device is used as an external storage area a deficient supplementing storage capacity of the temporary storage section 3.
