PURPOSE: To quickly and economically obtain a collector having performance suitable for a thin film battery by electrochemically plating nickel, and also sticking an electrode coating film after a support film is turned into copper metal by thermal evaporation/deposition. CONSTITUTION: By corona discharge, uniform copper metal 1 of about 5000 Åis deposited on a film 2 of preprocessed polypropylene in a vacuum by thermal deposition. Nickel is electrochemically plated on its surface in a thickness of 0.3 to 3 micron, and after a nickel accumulation 3 is laminated, an electrode coating film 4 using TiS2 as a group is stuck to this surface by a solvent. An assembly PP/Cu/Ni obtained in this way can be bent many times since surface resistance is set not more than 0.1 Ω/cm<2> , and can be formed as an electrically and mechanically suitable collector, and can facilitate handling in the assembling stage of a battery. |
