PURPOSE:To enable the production of the optical disk having less warpage and to provide the optical disk having good tracking performance by using a substrate warping to project to the side where a recording layer and protective layers are formed. CONSTITUTION:Guide grooves 2 for tracking grooves are formed as a master plate on the projecting surface side of the warpage of a disk glass plate 1 having 100mum difference in height in an axial direction from the center to the outer periphery. Consequently, the substrate having 80mum projecting warpage on the recording layer side is obtd. An SiN film 3 is then formed as the inorg. protective layer, a TbFeCo film 4 as the recording layer and an SiN film 5 as the inorg. protective layer are formed on the substrate. Further, the org. protective layer consisting of a UV curing type resin 6 is formed, by which the optical disk is obtd. |
