PURPOSE:To execute the operation for dialing and call reception quickly without deteriorating the portable performance and the speech quality by moving a receiver side casing so as to extend/contract the total length of the equipment without changing the direction of a sound receiving port and a sound emitting port. CONSTITUTION:A microphone 4, an operation 5 such as a dial, an antenna 6 or the like are integrated into a microphone side casing 1b and a receiver side casing 1a in which a receiver 3 integrated is fitted onto the microphone side case 1b so as to be turned around a rotary shaft 7 as a fulcrum on a front operating panel of the case 1b. The casing 1a is contained at a position shown in solid lines at carrying and is turned to a position shown in dotted lines at talking to extend the entire length for talking.
