PURPOSE:To obtain nearly the same touch feeling as the touch feeling of an acoustic piano by providing a load adjusting mechanism which increases the load of a hammer means to be placed in a keyboard in plural stages. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a lateral frame 1, a longitudinal frame 2, the keyboard 3 fitted to the lateral frame 1, and a hammer (hammer body) 4 fitted to the longitudinal frame 2. During keying operation on the keyboard 3, the abutting point between a patch 13 and an abutting part 23 moves toward the shaft part 22 of the hammer 4 in the order of a front abutting projection 24, an intermediate abutting projection 25, and a rear abutting projection 26. Namely, the distance 12 between the abutting part 23 and shaft part 22 decreases stepwise and the distance between a balance pin 15 and the abutting plate 13 increases stepwise, so that the force (load) Wk required for the keying the keyboard 3 increases in stages eventually at timing according to the arrangement state of the respective abutting projections 24-26. Therefore, the moment load placed on the keyboard 3 increases stepwise at desired timing. |
