PURPOSE:To prevent voices in adjacent rooms from being heard through the attic by insulating sound between a lighting fitting and the attic by means of a hermetic main body and a frame, and covering the hermetic main body with a hat-shaped member to provide a double structure. CONSTITUTION:A fitting main body 3 comprises a frame 2 mounted to the lower portion of a hat-shaped member 3a. The hat-shaped member 3a has an outward flange 3c projected along the outer peripheral edge of an opening in its lower surface and the frame 2 bonded thereto via an annular elastic material 14. The frame 2 has an inward flange 2a near its inner periphery and a cylindrical portion 2b extended from its upper side. A holding piece 2c is formed on the inside of the cylindrical portion 2b by cutting the cylindrical portion. A hollow packing member 12 made by a rubber pipe or the like is sandwiched between the outward flange 1d of a hermetic main body 1 and the inward flange 2a of the frame 2. The holding piece 2c presses the outward flange 1d downwards, forcing the hollow packing 12 into close contact with the outward flange 1d and the inward flange 2a.
