<p>PURPOSE:To reproduce and record desired information stored on a magnetic tape, etc., in high precision timing. CONSTITUTION:When a command signal S2 for showing reproducing is inputted, a rotating drum motor 16 is started to rotate via a rotating drum servo unit 12. On the other hand, whether a delay operation should be performed or not is decided in a delay deciding unit 6 based on the command signal S2 and the command signal inputted previously and stored in a command signal storage unit 4. When the delay operation is decided to be performed, the command signal S2 is delayed by prescribed time by a delayer 8 and is outputted to a revolving speed detector 14. At this time, the delay time is equivalent to the time taken for the rotating drum motor 16 to reach a prescribed revolving speed from the static state and the command signal S2 is outputted via the revolving speed detector 14 to a tape transport servo unit 18, and a tape transport motor 20 is started to rotate.</p> |
