<p>PURPOSE:To house an endless magnetic tape into the tape housing device without impairing the tape. CONSTITUTION:The device is regarding the tape housing device for making an endless magnetic tape 17 meander and for housing it, and a tape feed mechanism 14 consisting of a capstan shaft 26 and an air blow-off hole part 27 capable of approaching to and separating from the capstan shaft 26 is provided in the vicinity of an entrance 18 of the device. At the time of transporting the magnetic tape 17, air is jetted from the air jetting port part 27 on the magnetic tape 17, and hence the magnetic tape 17 is transported as it is press-contacted with the capstan shaft 26. By this constitution, the magnetic tape is prevented from being impaired, etc.</p> |
