PURPOSE:To enable payment to a customer who forgets a card by instructing the payment without a transaction medium, inputting a telephone number and a password code, and executing a payment processing with received payment money, when confir mation by an external device is executed with respect to this input. CONSTITUTION:In the case a message for cashing payment caused by a forgotten card is received, a host computer 40 retrieves an account in a customer file 4 corresponding to the telephone number, and transmits NG of a result of customer inquiry due to a fact that there is no account to a main control part 21 of an automatic transaction device 1 in the case there is no account. On the other hand, in the case there is an account, the password code in the account and the password code in the received message are collated, and in the case of noncoincidence, NG is transmitted to the main control part 21. In the case the password codes coincide with each other, customer data and credit payment amount are read out of the corresponding account of the customer file 42, and a fact that a result of inquiry is OK, and the customer data and the cashing payment amount are transmitted to the main control part 21. A customer inserts paper money and coins into the corresponding inserting port in accordance with its guidance. |
