摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a reliable method for covering a non-linear resistor arrester with glass of controlled thickness. CONSTITUTION:A glass powder-diffused coating solution 7 is used for a mixed organic solvent which mixes a plurality of organic solvents which contains nitrocellulose and provide different boiling points. The coating solution is sprayed to a non-linear resistor arrester element 1 which is preliminarily heated at a temperature above the boiling points of a low boiling point organic solvent and below the boiling points o a high boiling point organic solvent and it is calcined after dried up. The difference between the highest boiling point and the lowest boiling point of the organic solvents exceeds 50 deg.C. The mixing rate is 50% and below in the case of the high boiling point organic solvent. The glass powder is used where is thermal expansion coefficient in a baking state is lower than that of the non-linear resistor arrestor element at least by 50X10<-7> deg.C<-1> and more. Furthermore, the coating solution is sprayed to a plurality of non-linear resistor arrestor elements stacked by way of an elastic substance.</p>
