<p>PURPOSE:To surely prevent data from being altered or copied by recording the composite signal of a signal, which is provided by reading a base material with a microwave sensor, and a signal provided by reading a mug shot part with a photosensor. CONSTITUTION:Concerning an information recording medium 1 formed in the shape of a rectangular card, a magnetic track 4 extended parallelly to a long side and a mug shot 5 are provided on one side of a sheet-shaped base material 3 mixing metallic fibers 2 at random. In addition to the various kinds of information such as the kind, issuing person and validity of this information recording medium 1, personal information for deciding truth/false is recorded in the magnetic track 4. In this case, when issuing the information recording medium 1, the personal information is recorded by moving the information recording medium 1 in a prescribed direction toward a personal information preparing/ recording device. At such a time, the output signal of the microwave sensor is inputted to a synthesizing circuit together with the output of the photosensor and in this circuit, both of outputs are synthesized.</p> |
