摘要 PURPOSE: To make control and the like easy while enhancing stability by providing a movable cam member which can revolve around a longitudinal axis line and shifts along the longitudinal axis line corresponding to its revolution, a calibration member and the like. CONSTITUTION: A cam surface 58 formed in a cam member E which can revolve is positioned on a conical surface with a conical axis line coaxial to a longitudinal axis line 64 of the member E. Then, the member E can revolve around the axis line 64, it shifts along the axis line 64 corresponding to its revolution, a surface 58 formed in the member E works with a cam follower 60 formed in a calibration member 40, and thereby, the member 40 is controlled and shifted corresponding to a move of the member E in a direction of the axis line 64. In addition, the member E has a male screw part accepted in a bushing D with a female screw by threaded engagement, and the bushing D has a flat outer surface which prevents revolution of the bushing D by engaging with an abutting part. Accordingly, by preventing unprepared revolution of the bushing D and the member E, stability can be enhanced and control can be easily carried out.
