PURPOSE:To provide a system applied to a maintenance technique based on the correlative relation between the parameters that decides a probability distri bution of damage phenomena of the machine parts. CONSTITUTION:The correlation between parameters in decided and a fixed degree is set among various influence factors 1. Then one of parameters is selected (2) with the degree of influence defined as a variable, and this selected parameter is shown as a 1st function (9). The value of the selected parameter is decided with the distribution of damage phenomena set when each variable has the reference value defined as a reference system, and the ratio is calculated between the value of the selected parameter and the value of parameter decided by the 1st function and the reference system (5). The parameter value is decided from the degree of affection given to the damage and based on the corelative relation in regard of a majority system of the damage phenomena (6). Then another parameter is decided from the corelative relation and the parameter value of the damage phenomenon of an evaluating subject system, a transition probability distribution is estimated, and the possibility of a damage phenomenon is foreknown by a calculation expression for the area of the corresponding machine parts to be evaluated (10). |
