PURPOSE:To provide a signal input circuit wherein its trouble is small as well as its zero correction and its span correction are easy. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converter 12 which is equipped with a serial interface and a serial-interface EEPROM 14 are provided in a signal input circuit 1-1. A zero-correction value for calibration and a span-correction value are stored in the EEPROM 14. In a measurement, the zero-correction value and the span- correction value are read out from the EEPROM 14, measured data is taken into from the A/D converter 12 which is equipped wish the serial interface, and the measured data is corrected by a data processing part 2 by operating the zero-correction value and the span-correction value. |
