PURPOSE:To prohibit the counting of trouble data generated in service operation in a system centralized-controlling plural copying machines. CONSTITUTION:CPU of a copying machine 4 on a user side and CPU 91 of the controller of a service center are connected through a communication line network 300. Data showing the state of the copying machine, which includes trouble data is transmitted to CPU 91 of the controller to file a control file. When a service man mode is set for repairing the trouble generated in the copying machine 4, it is prohibited to transmit trouble data caused by a trouble reproduction test, etc., in service operation to CPU 91 of the controller. Thereby, trouble data generated in service operation, which should not be counted originally is not counted by the controller so that the copying machine can accurately be controlled. |
