PURPOSE:To provide a drift cancel system and its device, which reduces the influence of a drift of an angular detecting sensor over a control system even when an object to be controlled is extended as far as to a DC area and is applicable to a wide range of fields. CONSTITUTION:A drift cancel device is provided with an angular velocity detecting sensor 1 having a drift, a reference signal extracting means 2 extracting a reference signal from a detection output of the angular velocity detecting sensor 1, and a computing unit 3, which computes the reference signal extracted by the reference signal extracting means 2 and the output of the angular velocity detecting sensor 1, and employs the output of the computing unit 3 as a control signal of a control system. Therefore, a drift of its own can be suppressed by only the detection signal of the angular velocity detecting sensor 1, so that a control object is extended as far as a DC area by using an angular velocity detecting sensor followed by a drift. |
