<p>PURPOSE:To enlarge recording density by recording a bar code symbol expressing communication data with bar codes and the plural lines of bar code symbols partitioned by separate bars on one side of the information card. CONSTITUTION:A first bar code symbol 22 expressing a telephone number with bar codes along a short side is printed at a part adjacent to the short side on one side of the information card, and a second bar code symbol 24 expressing facsimile number data with bar codes parallelly to this first bar code symbol 22 is printed adjacently to the first bar code symbol printing position. Further, a first multistage bar code symbol 26 composed of four blocks, second multistage bar code symbol 28, third multistage bar code symbol 30 and fourth multistage bar code symbol 32 are printed adjacently to this second bar code symbol. These multistage bar codes are composed of plural variable length lines and use character set patterns.</p> |
