PURPOSE:To maintain the freshness of perishables loaded, by providing a temperature recording means for recording temperatures of temperature sensors and a temperature display means for displaying the temperatures of the temperature recording means, by measuring the temperature of each part in a refrigerating chamber and by executing temperature regulation. CONSTITUTION:Temperatures measured by temperature sensors 3 provided at eight places of the inner wall of a refrigerating chamber 2 are recorded in a temperature recording means 4 and these temperatures recorded are displayed in a personal computer 6 provided in a driver's room 5. Accordingly, the temperature of each part inside the refrigerating chamber 2 and the freezing temperature of perishables loaded can be known in the driver's room and execution of fine temperature regulation is enabled. The temperatures recorded by the temperature recording means 4 being used as data, besides, such a packing method as to enable maintenance of an appropriate temperature corresponding to the kind of perishables can be examined on the basis of differences between the temperature temperature of the perishables at this time, and thus the freshness of the perishables can be maintained with increased reliability. |
