PURPOSE:To facilitate work for connecting a load by employing a terminal cover having fixed and movable cover parts. CONSTITUTION:A terminal cover 30 comprises a fixed cover part 31 fixed to the output terminal part 5 of a breaker 1 while covering the output terminal part 5 and a conductor connecting piece 22 on one side thereof, and a movable cover part 32 hinged to the fixed cover part 31 while covering the conductor connecting piece 22 on the other side thereof. The movable cover part 32 has L-shaped profile defined by the body part 32a covering the piece 22 and a piece 32b hanging down from one end of the body 32a wherein the piece 32b is stopped at a protrusion 25 on a terminal block body 21 while bending. Load connecting work is facilitated without increasing the number of terminal covers by covering the conductor joint with the terminal cover when load is not connected whereas rotating the movable cover part in the direction for opening the other side of the conductor joint when a load is connected.
