发明名称 INSULATING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the insulating material, which can be laminated mutually with conductors and plural layers thereof can be baked simultaneously and with which warping is not generated in a substrate even in the case where an insulating layer at a large area and a large thickness is formed. CONSTITUTION:This insulating material is obtained by adding three parts or more of bismuth oxide to the insulating material, which is obtained by adding 3-35 parts of low melting point glass to the mixture glass of borosilicate group compound glass including aluminum powder and magnesium oxide-boron oxide- silicon oxide group crystal glass. A coefficient of thermal expansion of various ceramic substrate and that of the insulating material can be adjusted by adjusting the mixture ratio of the compound glass and the crystallized glass, and even in the case where an insulating layer at a large area and a large thickness is formed, warping of the substrate is not generated. A defect such as crack is not generated in the insulating layer even in the case where plural layers of conductors and the insulating layers laminated each other are baked simultaneously by adding the low melting point glass and, furthermore, by adding bismuth oxide.
