PURPOSE:To attain the connection of an emergency call even when there is no idle radio channel in a sector with respect to the emergency call connection system of a mobile radio comprising plural sectors. CONSTITUTION:When an emergency call comes while all radio channels in a sector are busy, a selection means 1 selects a specific general call among plural general calls causing the busy state. The specific general call is selected by selecting a mobile set whose reception level is lowest based on each reception level of plural mobile sets making general call talking. Then a transfer means 2 transfers the selected general call talking to a general call talking in an adjacent sector. Then an emergency call setting means 3 sets an emergency call talking to an idle radio channel in the original sector. |
