PURPOSE:To improve the service performance by allowing a 1st reply party to once hold an incoming call from a communication network to a private branch of exchange and calling a 2nd reply party by the radio call system so as to enable the 2nd reply party to make direct talking with a caller. CONSTITUTION:After a reply party 400 replying a caller 300 via an exchange 100 holds the connection to the caller 300, an incoming call notice means 102 of the private branch of exchange 100 executes a predetermined operation and a radio call means 101 calls a reply party 500. Then 1st identification information to be reached to the exchange 100 via a communication network 200 and 2nd identification information to make reply connection to the caller 300 in holding via the exchange 100 are informed to a reply party 500. Then a reply connection means 103 based on identification information from the reply party 500 connects the reply party 500 to the caller 300 in holding. Thus, the information satisfied by the caller is served. |
