PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the computer since replacement with a wrong logic card is eliminated by providing a service processor with a compar ison part which inputs and compares insertion/ extraction monitor information and fault information with a signal from an insertion/extraction sensor. CONSTITUTION:This processor is equipped with plural insertion/extraction sensors 16a-16n which detect plural logic cards 13a-13b being inserted or extracted individually, indication lamps 15a-15n which are provided for the sensors, one to one, and point out fault occurrence, and a fault indication display control part 14. Further, the processor is equipped with a diagnostic processor 1 having a fault retrieval part 8 which inputs fault information and outputs the fault information, fault retrieval information, and fault retrieval indication information, and a service processor 3 having a logic card insertion/extraction monitor part 10, the comparison part 11 which inputs and compares the insertion/extraction monitor information and fault information, and a display control part 9 which controls a display of comparison information from the comparison part 11 and the fault information from the fault retrieval part 8 of the diagnostic processor 1. |
