A securing device (10) for a blind undercut hole (11) in which is fitted a plug (12) with a longitudinal slot at the end towards the hole base having expansion tabs (15) corresponding at the inner end to the shape of the undercut (14) of the hole (11) and a coaxial drilling (16) to take a bolt (17) which supports the tabs (15) virtually over their entire length. To improve the securing device (10) in such a way that it provides a reliable and easily monitored fastening, especially when the blind hole is made in thin plates, it is constructed in such a way that the bolt (17) is of the knock-in type, unthreaded on its jacket (18), the outer end (19) of which is on roughly the same axis as the outer end (20) of the plug. |
