The processor communication connecting apparatus includes a communication semiconductor for transmitting and receiving data between a processor and a communication network, a transmitting processor for supplying a transmitting clock to the communication network and supplying transmitting data to the communication network as a Manchester coded transmitting signal, and a receiving processor for supplying a receiving clock and receiving data to the communicaiton semiconductor and reproducing a receiving alarm signal and an error signal, thereby reducing power dissipation.
