<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a cab lock and improve its safety by combining a subsidiary (child) hook which performs the double locking operation with the main (parent) hook and preventing them from moving up and down. CONSTITUTION:In order to unlock the locked safety lever 10, the rod 17 is drawn left by the working lever, the subsidiary (child) hook 14 rotates clockwise around the support pin 23 against the spring 16, and the inter-hook sections 21 and 26 are separated. In this state, the main (parent) is locked. When the rod 17 is drawn left, the main (parent) hook 12 rotates counterclockwise around the fixed pin 20 against the spring 15 and unhooks the hook section from the eye bolt 11. Moreover, the subsidiary (child) hook 14 turns around the fixed pin 20 counterclockwise and the lock is released. As a result, the cab can be tilted forward.</p> |
