The purpose and object of the invention is the uninterrupted transportation of the plastics granulate from the manufacturer to the plastics machine of the user to produce shaped and profiled products made of plastics. Transferring granulate causes loss of time and granulate, in particular in the case of suction equipment. Owing to the special shape of the bottom of the transporting hopper, complete extraction of the granulate without residue is guaranteed, thus allowing automatic operation with a very variable arrangement adjacent to the processing machine in plastics production.
