In a waveguide arrangement (1) for coupling energy fed into a waveguide inner space (2) to two signal leads (6, 7), each of which is coupled to a probe (3, 4; 13, 14) projecting into the waveguide inner space (2), the probes (3, 4; 13, 14) being matched to the wavelength of the energy fed into the waveguide inner space (2) in such a way that they take up the energy as well as possible, it is provided, for a good cross-polarisation decoupling, that both probes (13, 14) are arranged orthogonally to the longitudinal axis of the waveguide inner space (2) and orthogonally to one another and that an electrically conductive separating element (5; 8; 9; 18) is provided in the waveguide inner space (2) and is arranged at an angle of approximately 45 DEG in each case to both probes (3, 4; 13, 14), considered in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the waveguide inner space (2). <IMAGE>
