<p>Disclosed are compositions comprising neutral, negatively and positively charged glycolipids phospholipids derived from lecithin, particularly lecithin fractions, and dilutions of lecithin or lecithin fractions. Also disclosed are methods for the preparation of such compositions, dosage units comprising these compositions, and methods of treatment of warm-blooded animals, preferably humans, with such compositions. These compositions are individually, collectively and selectively useful in the treatment of bacterial, viral, and skin infections and diseases.</p> |
