<p>Device for preparing for and supporting surgical operations, especially for preparing for and supporting bone transplants. Said device is characterised in that a numerically controlled positioning system (2) (e.g. a manipulating arm (4)) is arranged in a predetermined or measurable geometrical relation to an operation area (10). It is possible with this positioning system (2) releasably to hold at least one surgical instrument, processing tool (16) for the treatment of tissues or bones or a holder (18) for a transplant (14) and move it over the operation area (10). Before the operation, the anatomical morphological data may be found by computer tomography, nuclear spin resonance, X-ray, ultrasonic and/or holographic examinations, and serve as a basis for planning and/or simulating the operation and for a numeric control of the manipulating arm.</p> |
