The actuator includes a force transmitting reciprocating member (12) mounted for reciprocating movement along a path (18), and a centrifugally actuated brake (34) operatively connected to the reciprocating member (12) in a manner to be driven by and to limit the speed of the reciprocating movement of the reciprocating member (12) along the path (18).</p> |
