<p>Two pivot arms (2, 3) are hinged to the ends of a central member (1) so that they can be folded onto said member to close a linkage consisting of a watchstrap or bracelet (4, 5) and the closure device (1, 2, 3) arranged between the two halves (4, 5) of the bracelet. One arm (3) is attached to the central member (1) via a movable assembly including a housing (12) that can be moved counter to a resilient return force to stretch resiliently the spacing between the hinge pins (9, 13) of the pivot arms (2, 30 when said halves (4, 5) of the bracelet are pulled.</p> |
