Electrical connection, especially for a vehicle having a sliding door

In the case of a known electrical connection for a motor vehicle having a sliding door with two connecting parts which can optionally be engaged, each of the connecting parts has axially moving contact pins, each of the contact pins being prestressed such that it is pressed outwards by an associated spring. According to the invention, a connecting part which is constructed as a chamfered plug head and is essentially shaped like a truncated pyramid, and a second connecting part which is constructed as a recess which accommodates the plug head of the first connecting part in an essentially positively locking manner, are proposed. The guide edges of the two connecting parts are greatly chamfered. The rear sides of the two connecting parts have plug contacts by means of which they can be inserted into corresponding plug openings. The invention can be used as an electrical connection, especially in the case of a motor vehicle having a sliding door.
