PURPOSE:To prevent the accident due to troubles or operation errors, by attaching an air-permeable member to an opening of a vessel, and by closing the hole in the lid with a safety sheet to burst at a given pressure or above. CONSTITUTION:A material is fried in the vessel 1, and the pressure is increased. The safety sheet 9 made of an aluminum plate is burst at the hole 10 when the pressure reaches a given value. The internal pressure is released in a moment to swell the material, which is prevented from jetting out by the air-permeable member 13, e.g. wire gauze. The high-pressure air is released from the vent holes 12 of the rotating shaft 7 in the form of a muffler. The lid 5 in bressed airtightly by threading the screwed part 14 into the tapped hole of the pressure lever 6. |
