CONSTITUTION:A mutant mold that belongs to Arthrobacter, requires methionine and can produce L-serine from glycine, such as Arthrobacter globiformis AJ11304 Met124 (FERM-P4646) or Arthrobacter globiformis AJ11305 Met125 (FERM- P4647) is aerobically cultured at a temperature of 25-40 deg.C and a pH of 5-9 to produce L-serine from glycine.</p> |
