<p>A method for removing a viscous material and a device therefor are disclosed. The method comprises the steps of (a) placing the drum (F) inside a sealable enclosure (4), (b) placing within the drum (F) a material outflow pipe (16) extending from under the surface of the material (M) to outside the enclosure (4), and (c) pressurising the inside of the enclosure (4) so that the material (M) is directly or indirectly forced to flow out of the enclosure (4) through the pipe (16), whereafter it is collected.</p> |
