摘要 |
A goniometer has several axes around which the crystal sample to be tested may be rotated, a radiation source, a detector of Bragg-reflections and a detector of fluorescent radiation. This goniometer is capable of simultaneously measuring the lattice geometry and the chemical composition. The fluorescent radiation detector (2) secured in a holder (1) is oriented with its surface parallel to the sample (3) and is swivellingly secured together with the sample (3) to the sample-supporting table (4) in such a way that reflexes may be observed by the Bragg detector (6) secured to a swivelling arm (5) at the same time as the fluorescent radiation is observed by the fluorescence detector (2). |
