PURPOSE:To improve the discharging characteristic by providing a circular sealing member other than separator between anode-cathode agent then holding the outer edge of said sealing member between the gasket and the bottom wall of anode can thereby preventing the shortcircuit between anode-cathode agent. CONSTITUTION:Anode agent 1 mainly composed of silver oxcide is inserted in anode can 2 then cathode agent 4 mainly composed of zinc powder and contained in cathode terminal board 5 is mounted through a separator 3. Then a circular gasket 6 is placed on the circumfernce of said terminal board 5, and the opening 7 of anode can 2 is bent then enclosed to form a button cell. Furthermore a circular sealing member 11 made of synthetic resin, etc. is placed between the separator 3 and anode agent 4, and the outer edge 11c is held between the gasket 6 and the bottom wall 10 of anode can 2. Consequently sealing is performed between anode agent 1 and cathode agent 4 to prevent shortcircuit between them. |
