<p>PURPOSE:To prevent disappearance of reproduced sounds and generation of noises in a transient state, by supplying a word clock whose frequency is in synchronism with an information signal reproducing device, such as VTR, etc., and changed by means of synchronization error voltage to a PCM tape recorder. CONSTITUTION:A word clock of a prescribed frequency, for example, a sampling frequency which is synchronized with a reference signal is formed by the 1st PLL circuit 23. The word clock and a synchronization error voltage are supplied to the 2nd PLL circuit 28 and a word clock whose frequency is changed by the synchronization error voltage is formed. Since a PCM type recorder 3 operates in synchronism with the word clock, data to be reproduced can be reproduced properly. When a synchronization error is corrected, the tape speed of the PCM tape recorder 3 is returned to a normal speed. As the word clock is synchronized to the reference signal in this case, no noise is produced and the synchronized state does not disappear when the speed is returned to the normal speed.</p> |
