<p>PURPOSE:To perform pencilling of a cable with the deflection zero when the grinding is finished by forcibly moving a central shaft itself in revolution in the direction of a right angle against the central shaft of an insulating cover layer in proportion to the degree of thickness deviation for the insulating cover layer. CONSTITUTION:When there is any thickness deviation in which an insulating cover layer 2 is deflected, an autorotating shaft supporting section 10 of a cutter 6 may forcibly be moved in the direction as shown with an arrow E. At this time, both ends 8 and 9 of an autorotating shaft 7 of the cutter 6 are supported so as to rotate freely on the outside circumference of each guide body 4 and 5 and also to rotate freely in the axial direction of the guide bodies 4 and 5. Consequently, the cutter 6 and its autorotating shaft 7 can follow the movement in the direction shown the arrow E of an autorotating shaft supporting section 10 of the cutter 6.</p> |
