PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation of installation and replacement of the eccentric disk, by engaging the eccentric disk to a driven unit, applied a fluidic force, to hold the eccentric disk through a friction force between plastic material and the driven unit. CONSTITUTION:A boss portion 31 of an impeller 30 is secured to a hollow shaft 33 by a screw 32, and the shaft 33 is rotatably supported by a mounting plate 35 through an oilless bearing 34. To a stepped portion 36 on top end of the shaft 33, is engaged a stepped protruding part 38 of an eccentric disk 37, with outside diameter of the disk 37 formed in the same dimension as outside diameter of the top end part of the shaft 33, and the disk 37 is held in a manner of one unit with the shaft 33 by engaging a cap 39 made of plastic materials. For replacement of the eccentric disk 37, the operation is required only to draw out the cap 39 to remove the disk 37 with a different disk engaged to again insert the cap 39. In addition, an eccentric hole 42 is provided correspondingly to an opening of the cap 39. |
