A compound for decreasing inflammability of materials, consisting of a water mixture of condensed ammonium phosphorus or of quaternary organic ammonium phosphate, and including suspension of fluoropolymer, and possibly carbamine acid derivative, characterized in that it includes 7-24% per weight of phosphates, 0.1-1% per weight of fluoropolymers, and possibly 1.5-15% per weight of a carbamic acid derivative.
