摘要

PURPOSE:To save the space for the antenna installation onto the car as well as to prevent the antenna from protruding over the car body by forming the microwave antenna used for the collision preventing radar, the ground speed sensor and the like of the car into the slot array antenna utilizing the metal face of the car body. CONSTITUTION:Rectangular guide tube 5 is formed with the metal face of the car body like bumper 2, body 8 plus U-shaped metal plate 3. And slot 4 featuring the shape and the pitch according to the using frequency plus radiation beam width and direction is formed at part of the wall of tube 5. Thus a slot array antenna is obtained.
