PURPOSE:To coat a joining material to the respective pellet mounting positions of a substrate positioned at a prescribed stop position by constituting the titled device in such a manner that a relatively lightweight coating nozzle can be successively moved and lowered to the respective pellet mounting positions of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The coating nozzle 17 for coating the joining material of a coating device 10 for the joining material which coats the joining material to the plural pellet mounting positions 15A, 15B disposed to the conveyed substrate 12 is vertically moved by a coating nozzle lifting means 23 between the down position 29 and up position 30 corresponding to the pellet mounting positions of the conveyed substrate 12. The coating nozzle 17 is moved by a coating nozzle moving means 33 to the plural pellet mounting positions of the substrate 12 which is conveyed to and stopped at the prescribed stop position. As a result, the joining material is coated to the respective pellet mounting positions of the substrate 12 and the productivity of the electronic parts formed by being mounted with the pellets is improved.
